I am not sure about their cruise contracts, but had multiple close friends/classmates work at Hershey Park for them last year. None of them finished out their contracts because of treatment. There was no "performance opportunities" like promised in the auditions and interviews. The hours were ridiculous for not enough pay and they all ended up only being ride operators or food stand workers, with very little time off. Housing was cramped with multiple people per room and 10 people in a house (at least for my friends). They kept telling staff there would be chances to be in shows or be character performers, but never followed through. There was a group meeting led by RWS reps where the staff could share their frustrations. The next day almost everyone who complained was let go. Like I said this was a specific contract at a specific location, but it was very alarming.
