My main philosphies when it comes to working for RWS (I've done 4 of their land contracts so I can't speak for the cruise contracts) is you take what you can out of it. They have some really cool people working for them that really want the best for you but they also have some managers that are powerhungry or don't care about who you are at all. Overall they aren't a company I wouldn't work for again but I've been through the mud with them so I know what to ask for and who I specifically want to avoid. I will say personally, their summer contracts are MESSY. They typically have to hire so many people for so many different parks that they aren't able to vet every single person that is hired and aren't able to keep track of every issue as much as they claim to try. (Not trying to excuse them but it is something I've noticed having worked 2 summers with them.) I would suggest to do their more seasonal contracts. For one they are shorter but it will also give you a better idea on the company that you are working for.
